Could Improve

–Steep stairs (challenging to go down)
–Thin walls — noise from neighbours / TV
–Security deposit required (200€–300€) and PayPal-only handling with fees
–Host reportedly attempted to pass PayPal fees to guests or withheld keys pending payment
–Lack of some small amenities (soap/shampoo dispenser, larger trash bags, drying rack)
–Far from central Paris for some guests

Cleanliness1.0

Multiple guests described the studio as very clean, impeccable and well organized.

Service1.0

Host communication praised for clarity and responsiveness by several guests, but multiple complaints about large security deposit handling (PayPal-only collection, fees, threat to withhold keys) created significant negative sentiment.

Location1.0

Location is described as relatively close to the RER and convenient for specific venues (sports centre); however it is far from central Paris for some guests.

Room Quality1.0

Guests found the studio cozy and well equipped but reported drawbacks: very steep stairs and thin walls causing noise issues.

Amenities1.0

Amenities noted positively (tea/coffee, Netflix, sufficient dishes, parking availability), though guests mentioned small improvements (soap/shampoo dispenser, larger trash bags, drying rack) would help.

Value for Money1.0

Several reviews highlight good value and a strong price/quality ratio for longer stays.

Food and Beverage1.0

Only minor mention of complimentary tea/coffee; otherwise food and beverage not a focus in reviews.

Overall Experience1.0

Most guests report a positive stay (cozy, comfortable, would return), tempered by recurring concerns about the deposit handling and some practical inconveniences.

My own space for a few days

Liked:Very clean and well equipped studio, with all that I needed. I really enjoyed having my own space. Good communication with the owner who was always ready to answer my questions. The RER station is 25 Minutes by foot or 15 minutes by bus. A Lidl is only 10 minutes away.

Disliked:The stairs were very challenging, especially for coming down. On the photo they seemed less steep. As other mentioned - the walls are thin and you can hear conversations and the television of the neighbours even in the middle of the night.

Small and cozy

Liked:Everything was clean and ready. The landlord was nice and directly transferred the deposit back. The location is good if you have an event at the sports centre. It's far away from the Paris city centre.
