Lovely place to stay for a short visit

Liked:Hosts were very patient with our late check in..... thank you Cristina!!! Very clean, nice and tidy, with all that need in the room....

Disliked:1 suggestion:- that if you go there do not go with a big car,...the parking on the road is very narrow and steep, but then there are 2 other very convenient parking's up the road, a few meters away.

We were dismayed and taken advantage of

Disliked:We had booked an apartment for 100 euros. When we arrived at 20:00 we were give a small room with a bath not an apartment. The charge was 154 euros not including the city tax. Because of the late hour we had no option but to pay. The parking was in a road that was signposted not to be entered, so I had to park 150meters away. When I tried to email Elisa with address on her card the message did not go through. We were dismayed to be taken advantage of both for the accommodation and the excessive price charge. We have used your website multiple time without any problem. What can we expect to be done concerning this experience?
