GENERAL CONDITIONS No gatherings or parties of any kind are allowed in the room. The property reserves the right to evict any additional occupants from the room. This reservation is nontransferable. In the case of a no-show, a charge for one night's stay (including any applicable government taxes) will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of booking or as per the revised booking conditions in accordance with the offer. The property reserves the right to evict guests due to their conduct and behavior or for any other security or medical reasons. This particularly applies if guests do not follow the instructions given by the property's employees, express discriminatory remarks, harass or endanger other guests. The contents of the rooms (such as: 2 custom umbrellas, 2 pool towels, 4 custom bath towels, 10 custom hangers, 2 custom glass water bottles, 1 air conditioning remote, 1 TV remote, hairdryer with wicker basket, scale, glass sand clock, DO NOT DISTURB sign) are the property of the hotel; therefore, if any of these items are missing at check-out, the customer will be charged on the credit card provided to the establishment. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product, or food, it is the guest's responsibility to inform the property's management before arrival. Your valuables can be stored in a safe in your room, or the property can store your valuables upon request. The establishment reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the storage of these items. In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable, you must notify the establishment before storing them. The property may refuse to store such valuable items. The management and staff strive to provide a safe environment. We do our best to ensure a safe environment and ask our guests to do the same. The establishment is not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, or misplaced during your stay on the premises due to acts or omissions of the guests themselves. Lost items found on the premises are recorded and kept in a safe place. Subsequently, the items are disposed of or donated to charity. The property is not responsible for contacting individuals regarding lost items. Perishable items removed from rooms after check-out will only be kept until the end of the day's activities. Claimed items can be collected at the establishment with valid identification or, alternatively, the establishment can arrange for shipment on behalf of the guest at their expense. The Company reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, the revised terms and conditions will be immediately posted on this website. Please refer to the most recent information posted here to stay informed of any changes. We do our best to ensure that reservation arrangements are satisfactory; however, the property accepts no responsibility for financial losses or other types, travel delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses, or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly by any event beyond our control. Amazing!

Liked:Cas Català is located very close to the center and many restaurants which is great! The place was lovely, staff was super friendly and the room was always clean.
Disliked:The only thing to improve is the swimming pool. It seems like it needs a deep clean and it needs daily cleaning to remove the leaves, etc.

Lovely hotel but strange that you can only check in on line through an agency.

Liked:Beautifully restored mansion house. Very clean and peaceful
Disliked:No staff available on a Sunday when we arrived at 4 pm. Key pad to enter hotel and bedroom which we didn’t have a number for. Luckily there was a phone number to call.

A wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated hotel in the heart of Sineu

Liked:A wonderful hotel in every aspect! The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and probably the best mini-fridge I’ve ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and there is free street parking nearby (we always found a spot just a 1-2 minute walk away). The pool area is lovely and relaxing. Overall, the hotel is beautifully decorated and very stylish. Last but not least, the staff and the manager were very friendly and made us feel truly welcome.
Disliked:Everything was pretty much perfect during our stay! The only small detail that could be improved is the Wi-Fi in our room (Fonoll), which wasn't working for us. However, I'd like to mention that the internet connection was very good everywhere else in the hotel, including the pool area.

Amazing little hotel with some improvement potential

Liked:Great location a short walk from the train station, exceptional staff, amazing fresh breakfast with fresh orange juice and local foods, bike tools and washing room, nice minimalistic interior. There’s coffee and water in the foyer which is a nice touch. We will definitely come back!
Disliked:These are all fairly small points, looks long for explaining :) Our room was on the ground floor facing the street so it was very dark (if we opened the wooden closure everyone would be able to directly look into the room from like 5cm distance), and fairly damp. We were biking and our washed clothes could not properly dry (there is a laundry service but we didn’t know about it until reading other reviews). The room could benefit from some privacy curtains that let light through and a table of some sort. The bathroom also had a damp smell. We were not allowed to leave bikes in our room as there is a bike parking room inside the hotel yard. It does not have an extra locking door for the room itself (only the locked hotel entrance doors) and the offered locks for bikes are very flimsy - I think okay for most but was definitely a bit anxiety inducing with rented bikes with no theft insurance. We found the homerti check in system quite annoying to use but this is a very nitpicky problem. We would definitely come back here but choose one of the rooms upstairs :)
