Disliked:Unfortunately, the room was in very poor condition, and I honestly did not expect this level of quality from a five-star hotel. The overall experience was very disappointing and fell far below my expectations. The condition of the room, cleanliness, and maintenance were not up to the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category. I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and believe the hotel management should seriously review the quality of its rooms and services.
