Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience with this property and the host was extremely unpleasant. We found the host’s behavior unprofessional, and we were unfairly accused of several things after our departure. After we returned the key, I spoke with the host on the phone because we had initially planned to extend our stay. However, something personal came up and we were no longer able to extend it. My girlfriend returned to the apartment to wash the towels we had used. After handing over the key, I waited for approximately 30 minutes outside on the street while she finished. During this time, the host remained in the apartment, and I spoke with her on the phone. At that point, everything seemed to be completely fine. However, after we left, the host checked our garbage bags and accused us of smoking inside the apartment. This is completely untrue. We had received the house rules, which clearly stated that smoking was allowed outside, and we respected that rule. The problem is that there was no designated place outside to dispose of cigarette butts, so we collected them and threw them away in the garbage. The host then used this as an excuse to claim that we had been smoking inside the apartment. We were also accused of taking towels. This accusation makes no sense, especially since the towels in question were used towels, and my girlfriend had actually returned to wash the towels after we had already handed over the key. We had absolutely no reason to take them. The host also claimed that the building intercom was not working and tried to hold us responsible for it, saying that we should have checked whether it was working when we first entered the apartment. We never used the intercom, so there was no way for us to know whether it was functioning or not. We certainly cannot be held responsible for a problem we had no reason to know existed.

For the quality and the general cleanliness (or lack there of) the price is not justified.

Disliked:The apartment was very dirty. Kitchen equipment, for example kettle and pots had massive amount of (hopefully) limescale built up. Strong cat urine smell in the building. Dust everywhere. Beds were not made up, we had to put on the bedding ourself.
