Wonderful stay in Chertsey!

Liked:Stayed here on very short notice after surgery in the area. Travelled from Ireland and had a wonderful recovery in this apartment. The staff were phenomenal, they called to check in multiple times and provided cleaning when we extended our stay on short notice. Kitchen is well equipped and very clean and modern. Bedrooms are incredibly comfy and spacious. Bathrooms are immaculate. Beautiful building and very well kept and secure. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Disliked:Unfortunately, we were here during the heatwave and the apartment got incredibly hot. There were fans available but they did not tackle the heat very well. No complaints about the apartment at all.

Wonderful apartment, will be back soon.

Liked:The apartment is fairly new, clean and comes with all the essentials you need for your stay. The size of the apartment is bigger than most of the properties in and around London. There is ample of parking space (although paid) near the apartment building. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are with modern fittings and spotless clean.

Disliked:Check out timings need to be more flexible.

Great! Clean, roomy apartment.

Liked:Great size. Clean, comfortable. Everything worked well. The service from room space is superb. They do everything they can to help.

Disliked:We stayed during a hot few weeks and the tilt and turn panoramic windows increased the heat in the apartment significantly. There is no air con in the building. The other thing of note is parking, which is managed by a separate company. This is an additional charge per night. We took that option. However, if you are collected by a taxi or friend be wary as they can get charged £60 if they don’t immediately pay the parking charge on entry to the forecourt, even if they’re not staying.
