Liked:I like that the property was clean, beautiful and quiet.

Disliked:Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. It was a beautiful place, and we really appreciated the accommodations. I did want to share one piece of feedback. When we arrived and called to be let into the house, we were informed that someone lives in the basement, although they have no access to the main house. I completely understand that the spaces are separate, and I appreciate the explanation. However, I would have felt much more comfortable if I had known this before arriving at the property. Knowing in advance would have helped set my expectations and allowed me to make a more informed decision when booking. I hope you’ll consider sharing this information with future guests before they arrive. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Interior needs a do over

Liked:The neighborhood is very quiet and well manicure lawns. Beautiful home from the outside. Well maintained hedges and trees.

Disliked:Were should i begin? First of all whoever painted the interior walls should never touch a paint brush., dents or holes in walls and floors, master bedroom had ants coming from the windows and crawling on the bathroom vanity. Family members kept tripping on the rugs in family room and in the master bedroom. Broken clock on kitchen wall. Pots and pans wasn't worth cooking in. Some outlets were not working. It appeared that all bathtubs and vanity countertops were painted with paintbrush.. The floors had some type of chemical on it, family members were sliding leaving their footprints behind. Refrigerator and freezer had some shelves missing

Location was easy to find and close to family living in that area.

Liked:The location was very convienent to family in Maryland.

Disliked:We didn't know there were tenants living in the basement apartment. There were structural things inside that were broken (kitchen cabinet drawers broken, master bathroom shower soap tray broken, no sink stopper in upstairs bathroom, window screens tattered with holes in them, downstairs powder room door damaged, some beddoor handles broken or missing, rotten wood on door frames.
