A beautiful finca but sadly lacking maintenance and quality of service

Liked:The location. This beautiful old finca sits in a stunning and peaceful area.
Disliked:Our request for a first night evening meal made by phone call 2 days before arrival was not passed on resulting in a hurriedly prepared dinner that was mediocre. It is fair to say that our second night meal was exceptional. Breakfast was poor, with inexpensive produce, no fresh bread and stale (lukewarm) coffee. Room facilities were lacking, (no refrigerator or kettle).

Liked:Great breakfast , nice staff, very clean, beautiful setting.
Disliked:No dinner service 2 out of the 3 nights we were there, which was really disappointing. The night there was dinner, we requested to have the dinner service but were told we had asked too late. It’s their responsibility to communicate these details to us. Food was ok, but I think it let this place down. Had it been better, this would’ve been a 10/10 for us. Felt like skeleton staff were managing the finca. As lovely as they were, it made us uncomfortable to order food and drinks as they were so busy.
