Right next to the beach

Liked:We spent our last vacation here and really liked being so close to the beach. Walking straight from our villa onto the golden sand made morning walks super easy. The whole area felt very private and quiet, far away from the busy downtown. Our double room was a small single-story wooden cabin, but it had a comfortable private terrace to sit outside. We basically stayed at the resort for all our meals and to relax, and there was also a pool and a gym we could use. Overall, it is a very peaceful and nice seaside getaway. Just a reminder that when we checked in, there was construction going on next door which was a bit noisy during the day.

Friendly staff made for a great stay

Liked:From the moment we arrived, the team was very eager to help. The front desk staff checked us in smoothly and helped with our luggage, and we could also contact them via WhatsApp if we needed any help. The service at the restaurant and all around the resort felt very warm and welcoming without being pushy. Everyone we met seemed genuinely happy to help during our stay. The only small downside was that when it was busy in the afternoon, ordering a drink at the beach bar took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were very polite so we did not mind much, and later we just had dinner sent to our room. Overall, the hospitality here really stands out and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our trip.

A very nice place with a beautiful beach and excellent staff

Liked:We stayed in Duplex Villa 10 for one week. Overall, the villa is very nice and comfortable. There is a toilet on both floors, a nice bathroom, good coffee, and comfortable beds and pillows. The beach is huge and beautiful. The restaurant is also very good, with delicious food and a great variety of choices. If the weather is not suitable for the beach, the hotel also has a spa and a swimming pool. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant are extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Special thanks to Alvin, who helped us a lot during our stay and was always willing to assist. He definitely made our stay more pleasant.

Disliked:The main downside is the poor soundproofing. On our first night, we had some noisy neighbors and it was not very pleasant. I think this is something the hotel could pay more attention to and improve. For two people, I would personally consider one of the single-storey villas, as they seem more private and cozy. Another significant downside is the internet, which was very poor. We also had a local Philippine SIM card for mobile internet, but unfortunately there was practically no mobile signal throughout the whole area, including the entire beach. There are quite a lot of dogs around the area, and there were also many small biting insects on the beach, which bit us quite a lot and was definitely unpleasant.

Very unique piece

Liked:Absolutely wonderful property! Frond desk amazingly nice!

Disliked:As constructive feedback, I think the restaurant team could benefit from some additional training, particularly in communication and attention to detail. The service felt a little uncoordinated at times. We were given the menu to choose from, but afterwards were informed that almost half of the menu was unavailable. There were also a few misunderstandings with orders and clearing plates. The dessert, pizza and pasta were excellent! However, the Filipino dishes were disappointing…. The burger, which was far below the standard we expected. Honestly, it was difficult to understand how it could be served in that condition. Sadly, no one asked us how we found the food, which would have been a good opportunity to receive feedback directly. There is definitely potential, but better communication, staff training and consistency would make a big difference to the overall experience.
