Muy buen lugar para pasar el fin de semana

Liked:Me gusto mucho la ubicación, el cuarto, la alberca y jacuzzi, y servicio excelente, buena atención, atendian rapido por mensaje

Disliked:Se nos fue la luz en la mañana donde hacia mucho calor, y la refrigeración tardo en enfriar el cuarto, tardaron un poco en arreglar la luz pero se pudo arreglar.

Liked:the staff was super friendly, the bed was super cozy, the room have fridge and microwave. A great experience overall.

Disliked:the road to get there is very off-roady, my car ended covered in dust, some difficulties with the shower

Disliked:Sadly I would have to rate the experience with the hotel a 0/10. When we arrived it was very confusing and difficult to find the room, the room has bad light and it is almost impossible to see clearly anything, my partner went to the restroom and when he opened the toilet he saw blood around the seat, after that they offered us the suite next door and that room was not clean and not ready at all. The curtains were also stained, we found bugs and they had no toilet paper. We kindly asked to speak to someone and no one showed up except a security that was around the area. We were not feeling confortable and decided to leave. We explained the situation to the hotel manager through text message and they never responded back.

Absolutely regret booking because of the ice cold water and poor service.

Liked:Aesthetic rooms. Nice pool and fire pit areas.

Disliked:Terrible road to get to the property. NO HOT WATER! Mold and bugs in the coffee maker. No wine bottle opener even though it’s advertised as a wine region stay and has wine in the room with wine glasses.
