Generally, my stay was comfortable

Liked:Language barrier was a serious challenge for me single the receptionists weren't bilingual.
Disliked:The actual price I paid bat the facility was more than the price I saw at the booking

Good size room

Liked:Size of room, Great shower room, large tub, good selection of amenities, ordered food was delivered quickly and very tasty.
Disliked:Bed and pillows were very firm, lights in room were flashing on and off for a while staff had to come into the room to look into it, all rooms were smoking rooms as lighters and ashtrays were provided by hotel (they did offer an air purifier that helped with the smell). Location said it was in Fukui however it was more in Osaka.
