Good for Families. Not more than 3-4 days stay.

Liked:It was ok+ in General. The food was good. Waterpark for kids excellent. A highlight of the stay.

Disliked:The hotel didn't alert us that the new kids area was too far from the beach. having a map of the hotel to know what room to book would have been great. The beach service not so good. And with tons of locals trying to sell you different things was a big downside. A bit crowded in the pools area.

Liked:I liked the variety of food available. The rooms were clean and a good size. Close access to the private beach was also nice with access to sun loungers.

Disliked:The pool was a little dirty and dead bugs liked to collect in certain places. The walls are thin and you can hear the echoes of conversation or children screaming at night.

Carefree peaceful at times and a good distraction from reality.

Liked:Food was decent room was fairly clean but could've been more hygienic. Steakhouse service could've been better especially since we had to wait 2 days for reservations. Customer service desk male person refused to assist my dsughter & I on 2 separate days, was sure if it was discriminatory or he just lazy.

Disliked:Booking a water taxi off the private beach for 1.5 hours and be stranded on coco de Playa for over an hour passed pickup time. We were forgotten. Also didn't appreciate the solicitors on the Resort private beach made the experience a nuisance. Actually book the resort to not be disturbed and hounded to make purchases...very uncomfortable experience leading to us not Actually going on the beach.
