Beautiful setting but not worth the cost - hot tub dirty and unusable.

Disliked:The hot tub had layers of scum/slime on the seats and mold on the cover with the drain visibly dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned well in a long time and a biofilm has built up. I work in the health field and improperly maintained hot tubs can lead to serious diseases and even death (legionella). This is a huge health risk. The bathroom shower also was visibly dirty with crime on the curtain and floor. For the cost of this rental, I would expect it to be much cleaner and better maintained. Once we noticed the hot tub was dirty we couldn’t use it and that was the reason that we booked this cabin. Additionally, we received three different instructions for accessing Wi-Fi but none of them were accurate and ultimately we needed to contact the property. The response we got did resolve the issue. Lastly, having a bin for recycling and one for food waste would be good - there was just one combined bin for all trash.

It was a cozy cabin.

Liked:When I did first book I thought I was booking one of the newer glass cabins that are located across the road, the pictures showed both cabins in them. The property did reach out to make sure I knew exactly which one I did rent, they were very friendly and responsive. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and was warm and clean. The Jacuzzi was very nice, Internet worked well. The best restaurant Skalakot was just down the street.
Disliked:The property is a bit dated, the windows were drafty, the door locks were a bit tricky, there wasn't a freezer and the shower was a bit tight.

Fantastic

Liked:Lovely cottage with bed under the stars. Jacuzzi and sauna is fantastic. Very well equipped, all you need. Welcome prosecco and chocolate was very pleasant gift. And on top of it we were lucky with Aurora.

Amazing cabin

Liked:Really comfortable & cozy. It was close to some of the things we wanted to see. The lack of light pollution in the area gave really great views of the Aurora
