Really a nice little hidden gem of a property.

Liked:The area is beautiful and green. It was a great weekend. they have a ton of amenities. And the outside fire place was fun to sit around. We will be back for sure.

Disliked:One night the neighbors from down the street decided to have a house party until the early morning. But still managed to get rested. No fault to the property owners though.

Comforts of home while away!

Liked:I liked many things about this rental. I liked the quiet neighborhood. The unit has a full kitchen and it is fully stocked with kitchen tools, cookware and dishes. The large one sink style kitchen sink made kitchen prep and clean up easy. The unit came with a bottle of liquid dish soap, cleaning sponge (used but in good shape), drain rack and extra garbage bags! Parking for this unit was close to the back door so loading and unloading was easy. The porch was a nice spot to relaxing with a cup of coffee and enjoying nature in comfy chairs. The location is convenient to many directions, stores restaurants, and was close to the reason for my travel. The unit has many windows so it was refreshing to have natural light. The orange chairs in the living room are comfy. The rental has a whole house ventilation for quickly venting the steam from the shower, cooking smells or heat build up! Management was easy to contact and responded quickly. There are so many things to like about this property that I am sure later I will remember more! I look forward to my next stay here!!

Disliked:There were so many things I liked about this unit that it makes the things I didn’t like seem trivial, but here they are as follows; only one washcloth for 2 people for 4 nights, the futon/sofa in the living room is too low, the bedroom is difficult to keep dark at night (especially when the back door light at the model home were left on all night). The unit only came with 1 washcloth, 4 bath towels and a shower mat. I asked for more washcloths and a hand towel. I was given 2 more bath towels and a hand towel, no washcloths. Next time I will come with some washcloths from home. The bedroom has a lot of light that comes in through windows that aren’t covered and are in hard to cover places but during the day these windows provide wonderful natural light. So waking up around sunrise wasn’t a problem. A sleep mask would fix this next time. The futon in the living room is only comfortable if you are reclining or laying down. It is very low to the floor which makes standing up from difficult.
