Disliked:Staff had no idea what they were doing had to wait for check in because manager wasn’t aware of our check in breakfast was delayed and no communication, pool wasn’t working and had to ask for towels numerous times

Liked:Host was not welcoming, they responded late to my general request and on one occasion didn't respond at all. They blamed me for the TV remote being in the wrong room. Bathrooms and interior of the place were outdated.
