Would definitely rent again. Proximity to parks, great neighborhood, fast walk to services.

Liked:Excellent location, cozy, and with all you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is very safe, and it's a very fast 8-10 minute walk to Target, TJ Maxx, several groceries, and other services.

Disliked:The bed was great, but one with a bit more support would be helpful. Although no one complained, I was a bit concerned about walking around too much. It's an older building, and floors in them tend to creak. I guess I'm not used to it. It was more me making sure I was not disturbing others.

The host was not nice

Disliked:Parking is a big issue. The host threatened to tow my car when I parked in the alley. There must be a better way to communicate that “free parking short distance away” means “street parking - good luck to find one”. She also refused to clean my trash in the middle of the week. We stayed for five days and gave to leave trash on the table because there is no trash can to use.

Liked:The place is pretty much the same you see in the pictures.

Disliked:Transportation to Manhattan involves bus+subway or bus+bus... it is around 90 min away from it.
