It was okay but nothing more

Disliked:Communication was very bad, I got no response when calling or sending emails and I did this several times. This lead us to not be able to get airport shuttle or be able to check in early, making us wait 6 hours when I tried to get in contact with them for SEVERAL days about checking in early. Om top of that, the first room we received had a broken leg on the bed, thankfully we got that changed quick, but we were already tired from the plane and having to wait 6 hours to just get into our rooms

Disliked:During a period of extreme heat, the air conditioning in the guest rooms was not working. The staff informed us that there was a technical issue, but unfortunately it was never resolved during my entire stay. Interestingly, the air conditioning was working perfectly in the reception area and the hallways. As a result, the room did not provide the level of comfort advertised and included in my booking. In addition, the hotel is located quite far from restaurants, and many of the nearby places close around 2:00 p.m., which left us with very limited dining options. Overall, the lack of a functioning air conditioner during a heatwave significantly affected the quality of my stay and did not meet the expectations set by the booking description. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much more comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning during a heatwave, the hotel's remote location, and the very limited dining options meant that the experience did not offer good value for money.
