Liked:Grey customer service the whole establishment was nice and clean. The only downside was you had to pay for parking.

Disliked:You had to pay for parking as a guest. I would think you got parking for free.

Liked:Room design & layout, staff friendliness, continental breakfast, location

Disliked:More regular coffee in the room. There was enough for one cup for each of us and it wasn't replenished over our 3-day stay, we had to go ask for more. Paying extra for parking in this location and having to go through the app to pay for it is grating; if anything that expense should be baked into the room pricing.
