"I was unhappy because it wasn't what I expected, and the price is too high for that location."

Liked:"I didn’t like the vibe of that place, and the neighborhood it’s in is not suitable for Booking.com customers. I think you guys should consider doing business with Villa Mercedes instead. I don’t think it is a safe neighborhood, even though it’s in a good location, and the staff does not look professional."

Disliked:"The place is located in a ghetto-like area, and the staff seemed very unprofessional. They don't greet guests at a front desk, and they wear unprofessional clothing like tank tops, shorts, and flip-flops."

I need a refund

Liked:I need a refund. They didn’t host me in. Security said it was already fully booked. If it were 100% booked, they should not have be displayed as available for the day. I made the booking same day (20 February) and it was showing available. But when I got to the place the security guard said it was fully booked.
