Great location and value.

Liked:Very easy access once you fully reviewed the instructions and I had some questions and host was responsive. I had to go over the instructions a few times mainly to identify which room was mine but it was on the big title... Other than that everything went well, very good location, space was very good although I chose the bigger room as we were 6 pax and everything worked fine, AC, TVs, Wifi, kitchen. Pool space also very good.

Disliked:Hot water tends to en sooner than expected but back to hot in a while. Dining table maybe a little small if you plan to have up to 6 people but manageable. Only one bathroom but still worked fine.

Disliked:Upon arrival, after requesting an early check-in, we were greeted with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a property advertised as 5-star. When we contacted the host because our door codes were not working, the first response we received was, “First of all, it’s too early to check you in,” despite the fact that I had already requested an early check-in. To make matters worse, the representative looked at my family through the security camera and commented that my children “looked like adults” and said I had too many people. That was extremely hurtful, insulting, and unprofessional—especially since I had the call on speakerphone and my children heard those comments. Once inside, we found several issues with the property. The binder stated that the thermostat could not be set below 72 degrees. Unfortunately, we visited during one of the hottest weekends Florida has experienced in years, making the home very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was dirty, the floors were dirty, towels and washcloths were very limited, and there wasn’t even a mop available to clean the floors. I found myself constantly cleaning, which made me feel like I was at home instead of on vacation. We also discovered that checkout was actually 10:00 a.m., even though our booking indicated 12:00 p.m. Quiet hours after 9:00 p.m. were clearly not enforced, as neighboring guests were loud throughout the evening. On top of that, we had to go out and purchase our own trash bags because the property did not provide enough. Even before arriving, the advertisement was misleading. The listing gave the impression that this would be a true 5-star vacation experience, but that was not what we encountered. The customer service, cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience did not match what was advertised. Overall, this felt more like a “do-it-yourself” stay than a relaxing vacation.
