Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Liked:Excellent location, which was the hotel’s biggest advantage. The Food and Beverage team was professional, attentive, and took very good care of us. The team helped us celebrate our daughter’s birthday, which we truly appreciated. Housekeeping was excellent, with nothing to complain about. The Guest Relations lady was polite, welcoming, always smiling, and genuinely one of the best guest relations professionals I have encountered. The male front office staff seemed

Disliked:The front office service was disappointing from the beginning. Although we arrived around 3 p.m. and were offered welcome drinks and cold towels, we were left waiting for approximately 30 minutes after our IDs were collected. We had to approach reception ourselves to ask about the delay. The front office team showed a lack of attention and concern throughout our stay. Our request for a late check-out until 1.30 p.m. was immediately rejected, even though Booking.com was showing more than nine rooms available at the time. Although we were eventually allowed to stay until 12.30 p.m., a reception staff member later insisted that we settle the bill immediately, despite our having clearly explained that we would do so at 1.30 p.m. The attitude of some front desk staff, particularly the female staff members, did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a four-star hotel. The food was a major disappointment. The variety was limited, and only a few dishes were genuinely enjoyable. Much of the food fell below our expectations for a four-star hotel, and the culinary experience needs significant improvement. Overall, the poor front office service and disappointing food overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay. Apart from the location, we found little reason to return.
