Superb hotel in a idillic spot .

Liked:The location was beautiful , the hotel was extremely comfortable and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful and especially Ali , the gentleman who served our meals - thank you so much for a wonderful stay !

Disliked:Having to leave.

Last but not least ... flies!!!

Liked:Breakfast quite good, the rest to be addressed

Disliked:1. Room cleanliness: as entered in the room I found hair on the bath floor, not a good starting point 2. Room status: the headboard of the bed was scratched (fake leather) with some missing pieces, one wall edge was repaired with tape 3. I asked for an "earl grey tea" and the waiter brought me a "lagrein wine" 4. One dinner menu was supposed to have "ravioli filled with burrata" but they were with pumpking (and the match with condiment was horrible) 5. Similar hotels, same category, same valley, have 3 choices in the menù 6.There were some flies in the dining room: too many for my standards
