Disliked:No hot water in the room which is super uncomfortable. You can’t take a shower. We couldn’t use jacuzzi since the water was cold (only 20 degrees) even though we were promised to have it heated up by the evening time. We called the reception and they send a person to turn it on, but the temperature was going up only at 1 degree per hour, so it would only heat pup by morning. Foo selection for lunch is poor, even though breakfast and dinner were great

Fantastic!

Liked:The location is absolutely breathtaking and perfect for a peaceful desert escape. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our visit. We stayed in a capsule (Martian dome) room, which was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and a very unique experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place — we’re definitely looking forward to visiting again soon

Great location. Poorly maintained pods. Disappointing food and service.

Liked:The location and the welcome we received by the two men on reception. We enjoyed our trip into Wadi Rum and the stargazing.

Disliked:The accommodation was really disappointing. The pods need updating and repairing. The bed was springy and didn’t have a mattress or pillow protector. The door was badly scratched, the bathroom floor was damaged by water. The kettle was cheap and dangerous with steam coming out of the back when pouring. Nothing about the pod was luxurious, even the chairs outside didn’t match. The phone cradle wasn’t clean, the teabags hadn’t been replenished. Apart from the initial welcome at the desk the staff were not friendly or engaging at all. They looked bored and unhappy. At one point a group of men, staff including a chef and maybe some guides, stood outside the kitchen looking at a couple discussing the young woman at length. It was very unprofessional. The food and beverage itself was of a poor standard.
