Liked:Breakfast and culinary. The food served in all of the restaurants/bars were excellent.
Disliked:The property could benefit from some maintenance and updates. While the larger rooms are spacious, they do not offer views that justify their premium pricing. Despite being an oceanfront property, there is no beach service, and the lower-level area facing Ocean Boulevard lacks adequate seating or lounge chairs for guests to enjoy the location. Additionally, pool service ends at 7:00 p.m., and in-room coffee is available only at an additional charge. By U.S. standards, the hotel presents itself as a five-star property, but the level of service and amenities provided does not consistently align with that expectation.
