Liked:Great location. Close to all major attractions.

Disliked:Bathroom was extremely uncomfortable. The toilet was in the shower area, less than two feet from the waterfall shower, so the toilet got soaked whenever the shower was on and the floor in front of the sink also got soaked every time, since there was no partition anywhere in the bathroom. There was only one extremely fun light in the bathroom that was over the toilet, causing the unlit sink area to be dark.

The perfect oasis

Liked:It’s a total oasis amongst the busy streets of Florence, there was always someone quiet to chill and get a drink after a long day of exploring. The breakfast area was great and the staff were so friendly. Our room also had the most incredible terrace, we felt so incredibly lucky to have that view over the city every evening.

Disliked:A few more fresh fruit options on the buffet breakfast would’ve been great
