Good budget stay if you are going to KINTEX

Liked:Super close to Hwajeong Station (line 3), 30mins subway from Gimpo airport, can get to Kintex on public transport. Taxi is also cheap around US$10. Lots of restaurants, a little park nearby for walk, olive young, daiso etc.

Disliked:Cigarette smell on the wall, in the air, zero natural light in the room
