Unpleasantly surprised and disappointed

Disliked:My room wasn’t clean. There was ink pen on the pillows and sheets tape on the wall like there had been a party in the room previously. Hair in the bathroom Cheetos falling out of the pull out. Visible mold and dirt on the pull out. Food on the floor in the room. Very disappointing.
