Disliked:I was disappointed with my stay at Grand Hyatt Khobar. The valet (tall black guy with glasses) was unfriendly and set a poor first impression. Secondly, I had requested a special message for my wife, which was not fulfilled despite multiple follow-ups. When I raised concerns, the manager (Ahmed) did not apologize or acknowledge the issue. I expected more warmth and professionalism at every level of service.

Liked:Decent Location. Direct Access to the mall. Very Clean. Most of the staff were helpful. Food was amazing.

Disliked:I faced one main issue, but i was shocked at how some at the front desk handled it. The rest of the staff were very wonderful, helpful and supportive.

Disliked:1. Voice isolation is so bad , we cant sleep whole there was a noise in the room beside us. 2. Checkin process was very slow and luggage arrived late into our room. 3. Water in the toilet was warm! There was no hot water! I also notified the reception with the comments

Disliked:I usually stay in this hotel. My last stay was very disappointing. I checked in the evening and stayed one night. At 2:30 am I was waked up with a very loud noise of vacuum cleaner at the corridor with banging on the wall which lasted for one hour. Unfortunately ai called the receptionist and was informed them. They informed me that they will ask them to stop. Unfortunately they didn’t. The point is how a five star hotel does house keeping at 2:00 am causing sleep disturbance.
