Preço um pouco acima da qualidade

Liked:I hotel é muito conveniente para umas férias de ski. O quarto que nos atribuíram era muito pequeno, tínhamos reservado um quarto premium e deram-nos um quarto standard. A limpeza é inexistente, em 7 noites nunca nos trocaram os lençóis, nunca aspiraram o quarto e sempre que pedíamos limpeza puxavam os lençóis para cima sem quaisquer cuidado. As áreas comuns do hotel também careciam de uma limpeza mais cuidada. No Buffett faltavam utensílios como taças e copos e quando estava cheio era muito deficiente no restabelecimento de víveres. Numa apreciação global eu diria que a minha experiência foi média mais, mas poderia ter sido melhor.

Liked:Great place for a ski holiday, good interactive entertainment team, great hardworking staff, great selection of food, just rooms slight let down on space and dirty extractor fan. Other than that can’t fault it. Would I come again for skiing, yes definitely
