Limited free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or guaranteed. There are also two public car parks within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Park Road car park, opposite the hotel, is free from 6pm to 9am daily. Whitley Bay Playhouse car park is approximately a 5-minute walk away and offers free parking 24 hours a day. Please note that a fine of GBP 100 will be charged to the credit card used to book if any guests are found smoking in this non-smoking hotel. Stag and hen parties are not permitted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
