Disliked:1. Toilet ventilation fan not working and Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 5nights for 3 adults !!!! 2. Master room's sliding door's lach not working. 3. Long bath & wash basin's draining very very slow. 4. Dont put empty shower gel container when you dont provide

Overall my family and I were disappointed with our experience at the hotel.

Liked:It was within walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants.

Disliked:The staff could have been more attentive; they did the absolute minimum to help us on a few different requests. There were no disposable coffee cups. There was no soap in the shower dispenser. There weren't enough blankets for all the beds in the hotel room. The air conditioner didn't blow cold air. The seats on the outdoor patio furniture had holes in them, so we couldn't use them.

Disliked:All of the sheets in the hotel were stained with yellow and red marks which was very concerning. There was also a swastika scratched into the bed post in the bunk bed room which was very upsetting. We did not have a comfortable stay as we did not feel safe sleeping on any of the sheets in the entire room.
