A great stay

Liked:Vale da Lapa is a great location for Carvoeiro, Portimao, Fereguda, and Benagil and for some beautiful Algarve beaches. It's easy and cheap to get around by Uber. The 2-bed villa is spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. A washing machine is so handy! The beds are very firm, but with plenty of pillows and clean, soft bedding. The pool had plenty of loungers (in May half term). We went self catering so can't comment on the food, but what we saw looked great. The toastie by the pool was worth the money and tasty. We didn't need to communicate with the staff very much, but when we did they were helpful and responsive. We were able to contact them on WhatsApp which was really helpful. Good free WiFi through out. We will definitely come back.

Disliked:My only criticism was that the kitchen lacked a wooden spoon and a cheese grater! But I'm sure if I asked they would have provided me with them.
