Not the best experience

Disliked:No soap in the shower or by the sink. In fact all of the dispensers seemed empty whether shampoo or conditioner as well. The staff seemed uninterested. The email interaction I realized was clearly not on site. In fact I think not even a human responding. No elevator. The outside steps are scary.

Bad experience with Ricky at front desk

Liked:Ricky (Indian guy about 38 years old) at front desk was extremely rude to me. I had him refund me and I will not ever recommend this place due to Ricky’s behavior
