I would like a refund or even half for the inconvenience of

Liked:Everything was 5\10 but worst was the elevator shut down for the 4 day I was there and unfortunately I have a pregnant wife and 1yr,4yr and our room was the 4th floor We tried getting refund but they said it needs to be thru bookings

Liked:The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. The whole third floor smelled like pot. The property claims to be smoke free but at 1am we could smell someone smoking pot.

Uncomfortable

Liked:It was honestly very filthy. I had to look at three different rooms before I was finally comfortable enough to stay in one. The sheets had stains, the couches were stained, and the carpets on every level were dirty and covered with stains. The pool was not clean either. The overall atmosphere reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. The room we eventually settled on had a bathroom that made leaking/water-running noises throughout the entire night, which made it difficult to sleep.
Disliked:That it wasn’t very clean needs to be updated

Rip off.

Liked:Hallways were extremley dirty. The back doors were open day and night. Anybody can enter the property that made the property not secure and dangerous. Very poor breafast. The shower in the suite was not working. After we complained. They offered us a room and we paid for a suite. They did not want to give a partial refund for making stay in a room instead dor what we paid for suite.
Disliked:Bad experience. We stayed years before . It was nice We are not coming back any more
