Not worth the money, mediocre hotel

Liked:Location was not bad and staff

Disliked:It was dirty, moldy, and they gave us different room, not what is pictured in the photos. Very small showers, not for people with claustrophobia, plus it is dirty and moldy.

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast

Liked:The location is great, close to everything. Rooms are very nice and clean, they were cleaned every day. People are very polite and nice, and also the breakfast in their restaurant was amazing. Pool was also very nice, and spendings time around it. All the best for them!

Disliked:The first thing to know is that the hotel is located on a hill. If you want to walk down toward the beach or the sea, you should keep in mind that coming back to the hotel means walking up a very steep hill, which can be quite difficult. When we arrived, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, but we felt that the hotel charged extra for many small things. For example, we asked for some ice and were charged for it. Personally, I do not think hotel guests should have to pay extra just to get some ice. During our stay, my friend was not feeling well and had to stay in the room during the normal cleaning hours. In the evening, I asked reception if someone could clean the room, and the answer was basically to take clean towels and change them ourselves. I was disappointed that there was no effort to send someone to clean the room later, especially considering the situation. The pool area is quiet and peaceful, which can be nice if you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere. We had also hoped to have a sea view, but unfortunately we did not get one. The hotel is located next to a construction site, which we were not really aware of before arriving, and our room was facing the construction area. It was not a very pleasant view when coming to a hotel for a vacation. The breakfast was also quite basic. There were not many fresh vegetables, the choice of cheeses was limited, and the food was almost the same every morning. I would have appreciated more variety and fresher options. Overall, the service was okay, but it felt very basic and did not really impress me. I think there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to customer service and the small details that make guests feel taken care of. At the end of the day, guests are paying good money for their stay, so I expected a little more.
