Overall, the customer service at this location was disappointing. From the handling of the room main

Disliked:The toilet in our bathroom was continuously running, and water had accumulated across the bathroom floor. I immediately contacted the front desk to report the issue. I was informed that maintenance would be sent to repair the toilet; however, no offer was made to relocate us to another room despite the unsafe and inconvenient conditions. It was not until I went down to the front desk in person and spoke with staff that arrangements were made to move us to a different room... Additionally, I was advised by hotel staff to pay for parking using the QR code provided by the hotel. I followed those instructions and paid for parking; however, when I attempted to park, the hotel parking lot was completely full due to the number of vehicles present. As a result, I was forced to park across the street and was unable to utilize the parking for which I had paid. I asked the front desk if the parking charge could be canceled or refunded since I was unable to use the hotel parking lot. The front desk clerk informed me that the charge could not be canceled and stated that the hotel owner owned all of the surrounding parking lots. However, that explanation did not address my concern. My issue was not who owned the surrounding lots, but rather that I paid for parking at the hotel and was unable to use the hotel parking facilities due to a lack of available spaces. I do not believe it is reasonable to charge guests for parking that they were unable to utilize. Upon checking out, I returned my room key to the front desk. The clerk simply took the key and did not ask about my stay, whether any issues had occurred, or if there was anything they could do to improve my experience. Given the problems I encountered during my stay, this was another missed opportunity for the hotel to address guest concerns and demonstrate a commitment to customer service.
