Liked:A fantastic hotel set in a breathtaking environment, with buildings that blend perfectly into the natural surroundings. A true paradise in the jungle.

Disliked:We had to leave the room by 11 AM on the day of departure. Until our transfer arrived, we spent our time at the adults-only pool surrounded by a paradise-like environment. The experience was incredibly positive and truly unforgettable. I would like to make just one suggestion. In the bathroom at the adults-only pool, it would be great if the showers were also equipped with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Since I had already packed my personal toiletries into my suitcase, unfortunately I could not wash my hair and could only freshen up with the hand gel available at the sink. Before the flight, after swimming, I would have really appreciated the opportunity to wash my hair as well.

Amazing hotel to stay in Iguazu.

Liked:The service from everyone at the property was great. Every single person is there to make your stay great. We had a late flight the day of the check out and they hold our bags during the day and offered us a room to take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Unbeliveble Multiple pool areas with an adults only one, I think thats a great feature specially if the hotel is packed. Breakfast buffet had multiple options and they try to get you anything that is not on that particular day. We had a couple dinners at the property and the food was really good too. Great large rooms, we got one with an outdoor jacuzzi that I would recommend

Disliked:Only thing I would add, is more options to snack or quick bites when you are by the pool areas. But still nothing to complain about.

Great hotel in a great location

Liked:Quiet, spacious and comfortable room in a gorgeous setting. The pools were lovely to aid recovery at the end of a long day of walking and exploring! Great food and drinks, too.
