Liked:It was clean.

Disliked:Beds were uncomfortable. The pillows didn't smell clean snd feathers poked you in the face and head. The worst was an impromptu Fire Alarm meant for the staff only. There was no warning to guests, no one really knew if it was for real. I was getting ready to step into t he shower and my son who has Cerebral Palsy began to panick because we were on the 2nd floor and he would have to go down stairs ( we almost couldn't find them) The poor couple next door came out half dressed she was in a towel. No one knew if we needed to go down stairs or not. We didnt smell anything and when I tried to call the front desk there was no answer.. Then a guest came upstairs and told us it was a staff alarm. Not real for us. But management should have had someone on staff inform the guests on allfloors. We returned to the hotel after dinner that evening and there was a clown note "from management" .kind of making it laughable and then offered a free snack or points to make up for the disturbance. IT WAS NOT FUNNY and could have been extremely dangerous. I will not use IHG hotels again.
