The stay was mostly pleasant. I wasn’t there during the day so the TV not working was more of an annoyance

Liked:Very clean, good location

Disliked:Every day the TV didn’t work. Had to have staff reset every day. The carpet was wet in front of the air conditioner

Liked:The location is good. Their breakfast is good too.

Disliked:The elevator is not working, have some noise every hour. the shower in our room creates leak downstairs so we didn’t get a shower in our last night and the morning before we checked out.

Liked:Very cheerful & helpful lobby staff. Checkin was very quick. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and restock promptly.

Disliked:Breakfast buffet could improve. Missing cream for the coffee, only milk. Very limited bread selection - no wheat bread, no english muffin. Waffle mix was too thick.

I love the location, and the hotel is pretty clean.

Liked:The location is so convenient to many of the Chinese restaurants and excellent dim sum places and attractions that I am absolutely delighted.

Disliked:It is no fault of the hotel. A obnoxious guest was smoking in the stairway at night.
