Liked:In the span of 24 hours we had to relocate to three different rooms! First one the shower flooded, second one the power went out on half of the room (including the bathroom lighting)! Being a choice hotels member didn't do us any good, as we weren't compensated for the big inconveniences!

Noisy guests and indifferent clerk

Liked:We stayed about four hours in our room before giving up and going to a different nearby hotel for the night. Before we left, other guests were slamming doors so loudly (over and over again) that the pictures hanging on our walls were rattling, and we kept hearing the thudding footsteps of someone who was running overhead. This wasn't a single occurrence before the new guests moved in and settled -- it kept going on. Then our plumbing malfunctioned, and the front desk clerk said he was unable to help us (and then went back to reading on his phone). On the positive side, our room was nice enough -- it's just that the noise and malfunctions made it impossible to enjoy it.
