Very disappointing

Disliked:We decided to stay in this hotel for the second part of our honeymoon as it looked to be a lovely hotel and in an area of more nightlife. When we arrived we checked in and went our room. We paid extra for a pool view room however the pool could not be seen because of the trees and sunbathers. The pool area was chaos, sunbeds everywhere and none left when we arrived. The bathroom in our room had lots of mould around the shower tray and sink. When we complained about it, reception said that they were fully booked so they couldn’t accommodate a change of room. As this was our honeymoon it was very upsetting having to move hotel due to poor conditions. We would not recommend this hotel as we feel the situation was not handled appropriately.

Liked:We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome throughout our stay! Special thanks to Natalie from front desk, Martin and Melissa. The breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable. we will definitely be returning our next visit!

Hotel Booking to be close to Local Hospital

Liked:Breakfast was lovely with an excellent choice available. only issue was that i found it to be cold when you sat at the table to eat any of the cooked food. on the plus side the coffee is delightful. and I loved the yoghurt and fresh fruit station. I am gluten free - I didn't see any gluten free bread The pool area is immaculate, and the staff are so friendly. location of the Hotel is excellent for access to everything. Even a short walk to Las Americas or a taxi ride for around €5 Excellent - Air con in the room which was great in the 30° heat. Tea coffee option in room Fridge with chargeable Mini Bar. I didn't use the Mini Bar but I did use the fridge.

Disliked:I didn't see any Gluten free bread or gluten free signs Hot food was always cold Room was quite dark - even with light on
