My favourite hotel so far

Liked:Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Santiago was exceptional from beginning to end. Every single person on the team made such an effort to chat with us and help with recommendations throughout our four nights there. It is rare to experience such genuine warmth and hospitality in a luxury hotel. A special thank you to Andreas, who organised a wonderful private trip to Valparaíso, Viña del Mar and a winery lunch, as well as helping with excellent restaurant recommendations during our stay. Rodregas in the Atrium Bar was fantastic, recommending beautiful wines and food, and Gonzalo, the breakfast manager, always took the time to chat with us and suggest places to visit in Santiago. Benjamin & Robert on reception The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent restaurants, large luxurious rooms, and stunning design throughout. We were incredibly grateful for the upgrade to a room with spectacular mountain views, which made our stay even more memorable. I have stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world, and this has by far been my favourite — not just because of the beautiful property, but because of the wonderful people who truly make the hotel special. Highly, highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental Santiago.
