Did not feel welcomed or cared for.

Disliked:Air conditioning was not keeping up at all. I understand that in Europe I should expect room temperature of 23 to 25 Celsius, but our room was 28 degrees. Not at all comfortable, so we got little sleep before our 4:30 AM wake up. The restaurant staff was slow and not at all welcoming, with a very limited menu. Most notably the desk staff member treated me dismissively when I asked to have the stay linked to my Bonvoy membership. She derisively told me that the stay would not earn points when I had already told her I was not doing it for the points. She took offense that I had used a third party for my booking. I initially tried to use the Bonvoy app, but pricing was outrageous and the discount I got through Booking.com more than made up for not being eligible for points or stay credits.
