Convenient , clean and great hospitality .

Liked:It was close to many shops and restaurants . The bed and pillows of the junior suite were very comfortable . Decent windows that cancelled out most of the noise outside. Breakfast was delicious . Restaurant staff were very attentive and hospitable . The room had a nice view of the beach .

Disliked:There is no mini fridge in the room . It also took a while to request for ice to get to the room. There is no ice machine located on the 3rd floor so you have to call front desk. But this does not mean I would not recommend staying here . A fridge would have been very nice to have though .

Liked:the room was perfect. comfortable beds, strong hot shower, a desk to work on and a lovely balcony.

Disliked:our room had a connecting door to the room beside ours. the people in the other room were extremely noisy yelling, fighting, singing and playing very loud music on what must have been a rather large speaker. because of the connecting door we heard them so clearly, we might as well have been in the same room. the noise went on until 2-3am each night. we adressed the matter with the reception desk (twice) and all they could do for us was a promise to talk with our neighbours, which, if they really did so, had no effect whatsoever. there was no apology and no follow-up. also, the chairs on the balcony look pretty but are impossible to sit in for longer than 5 minutes

We Loved the Emporio Hotel. We will stay there again

Liked:The breakfast was delicious and the food was plentiful. Our waiter was wonderful. The following staff members of Hotel Emporio were exceptional! Excellent hospitality and service. Joel David - Front Reception Staff member-Porter Arturo-Bartender-excellent drinks Maria -Housekeeper for our room (322) Security Guard- From Cuernavaca. He is a consummate professional.

Disliked:Everything was great. Emporio is a very good Hotel !
