Liked:The property is attractive in an historic setting, but travelers should be aware of the unlisted pricing at the inn's bar. I was shocked to find a standard 1.5 oz pour of entry-level Glenlivet 12 was billed at $32—roughly 75% higher than the market average—with no indication on a printed menu or verbal warning provided.

Central location for cape cod bay trip but not luxury

Liked:Great locations and inviting area outside

Disliked:Miscommunications of breakfast / no breakfast - always ensure guests know amenities, no bar service, poor coffee service, staff lacked knowledge of well known sites in the area so not useful for trip support local information, tv was awful, old magazines by several years, incomplete games make them unusable, hotel house needs lots of maintenance and full cleaning

Lovely well appointed old Inn in central Cape Cod

Liked:A lovely Inn with a comfortable bed and nice bath. Lovely patio and yard. The Inn keeper was friendly and helpful. They provided coffee and small croissants in the morning and always had fresh fruit and ice water. We liked the location as a somewhat central point for exploring much of Cape Cod. Be careful of your assumptions from reading the reviews, they no longer include a full breakfast. Their listing is accurate. We loved Jack's and the Lighthouse for breakfast.
