Really great value holiday

Liked:Be more consistent across your brand please. Playa blanca in June appetiser in all inclusive and free room safe, margaritas in July 40 euro for safe hire and appetiser needs payment. Shame the B lounge was closed at margaritas as really enjoyed the facility at plays blanca ( pre dinner meeting place for large group). Drinks menu not well advertised at bars.

Perfect!

Liked:Went to GC in may with my husband. Staff were perfect as usual, attentive and polite and really helpful. If you ask the front desk to taxi you a cab they put it on the system and no joke.......the taxi arrives less than a minute later. literally within about 30 seconds. Rooms are spacious with a great vibe. No complaints about the food and drink, it was all pretty great. This will remain my go to hotel for all GC trips.

I don't recommend it; I wouldn't go back there.

Liked:The food is very monotonous; the lunches and dinners are very repetitive. The drinks prepared by the bartenders are dispensed from machines rather than being made by hand, and they have a sweet, chemical aftertaste. Nothing happens on the hotel premises during the day, and evening entertainment is practically non-existent. The walls in the room are very thin, and you can hear everything from the neighbor and the hallway. . I don't recommend it; . I wouldn't go back there.

Great Hotel!

Liked:Had a lovely holiday here ! Hotel spotless, room serviced every day. Staff where lovely and so hardworking. Shout out to the bar staff who where fab and the animation team who worked so hard. Food was great, bar was great! Only stayed by the bottom pool. Always got a sunbed, if you require an umbrella you need to be up by 9am. Towels where changed daily by the pool, but I believe that was changing to weekly as we left. Rooms where lovely and we never heard anything of a night. Really comfy beds. The only downside was the location, it's a bit far out. But saying that taxis are €5 to resorts and there is a free bus to the beach! Bars and restaurants not far from hotel. Overall a fab holiday and we will be back!
