Comfortable stay

Liked:Bed was super comfy. Nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Fridge in room which was handy. 2 tv's in room. Breakfast was plentiful. Short drive to train station where you can park and catch the train into New York city for day trips. We accessed the US Open on one of the days also whilst staying here.

Disliked:Beds weren't made by housekeeping every day - we stayed for 5 nights and on 2 of the days the beds hadn't been made. Not a massive issue but would've been nice for this to have been done.

An amazing clean welcoming hotel

Liked:The staff were amazing, i gorgot her name but the lady with the braids in her hair was the kindest receptionist, and all of them were so welcoming wishing a great day/night when we were leaving and coming back it was really sweet and made us all feel cozy! The breakfast was amazing and stocked perfectly. The rooms were very clean and the staff did a excellent job.

Disliked:Ask people not to vape in the elevators, it was very nasty to walk into a hotboxed vape cloud.
