Exceptional staff, clean rooms & linens, across an alley from Merryvale Vineyards - recommend!

Liked:Cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed, linens had a very slight but lovely scent, the staff was incredibly helpful, the location was perfect.

Disliked:We would have enjoyed better coffee options such as fresh espresso drinks, not those made with in-room Keurig-type machines. Even a self-serve coffee cart in the lobby with a simple espresso maker and milk options would make all the difference. Other than that, I loved my stay! <3

Liked:great location we had a very large too

Disliked:breakfast was mediocre everything was wrapped in plastic as they brought it to our room, very cold we skipped it the next morning and went out elsewhere for breakfast, the spa was nice but you had to reserve a lane if you wanted to use the pool all lanes were always taken by outside members and not hotel quests

The perfect place to unwind in St Helena!

Liked:Much needed R&R at Southbridge... * Super comfortable bedding * Bathrobes so you can lounge by the fireplace (ask the front desk for a Duraflame log) * Delicious in-room breakfast with pastries from Model Bakery (their english muffins are among Oprah's favorite things) * Tra Vigne and Gott's Roadside restaurants are nearby - great food that's surprisingly affordable for wine country * Health Spa Napa Valley is right next door - gym, steamroom, pool and jacuzzi The staff were wonderful and welcoming - contributing to our terrific stay. We can't wait to go back!!
