The instruction off parking was not clear. And goed not get the car out. The manager is terabel !!!!!they did not send m

Liked:Was not clean old charges no USB ports room not clean smell like smoke. Shower water run on floor.

Perfect for what we needed for one night in Verona

Liked:Hotel lobby was lovely. Staff were very helpful friendly and welcoming

Disliked:The air conditioner was controlled by reception so we had to be calling to make it cooler or warmer etc a bit of a pain.

Short three day stay to see a performance at the arena

Liked:Very close to the arena and beautiful restaurants and shops
Disliked:All good but I would say that if you suffer from back problems like we do, then bed and pillows are rock hard.
