Disliked:Front desk staff very unfriendly im a preffered platinum and they didnt upgrade me or anything very unfriendly poorly trained

Working with a very beautiful environment

Liked:The staff was amazing! they were always very attentive, and the building is more than beautiful. It's a very well-preserved hacienda and you always feel like living in another era.

Liked:Place is really beautiful. Great place if you want to stay in an hacienda style place in Querétaro.

Disliked:Bathrooms need an urgent update, showers are really bad. The room also had a bad smell of fish. And service is really bad for an Brisas branded hotel.
